Pam Little
Director of Preschool Ministries

Pam graduated from Arkansas State University in 1975 with a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. Joe & Pam have been married since 1977 and  have raised 2 daughters, Lindsey Little, a YWAM Missionary and Beth (Mrs. Aaron) Baker, a Nettleton public school teacher. Their son, Jay Little and family are also members at CBC. Pam has been involved in Public school education, from Kindergarten to Arkansas State's Teacher Education Program, for the past 35 years. She has been a member of Central Baptist since her college days.


Robin Nguyen
Director of Childrens' Ministries

Robin is the director of Children’s Ministries for the Central Campus.  She has a degree from Arkansas State University in Communication Studies and is currently enrolled at Dallas Baptist University with hopes of graduating soon with a Masters in Christian Education:  Childhood Ministry.  Robin is married to David who supports her in her passion to share the love of Christ with children.


Yvonne Reeves
Director of Weekday Education

Yvonne has served as Preschool Director at Central since 1990. She has two sons, Bryan (married to Roni) and Dan (married to Veronica), and three granddaughters, Camryn, Carson and Callie.




Media and Communications Staff 



Matthew Graham
Director of Media Arts and Communications

Matthew is married to Jessie and they have two sons, Josiah and Jackson. Having grown up in Springfield, Matthew graduated from Missouri State University with a BS in Mass Media Production. Before coming to Central in January of 2007, Matthew and Jessie served 3 years as the Worship Leaders at the satellite campus of First Baptist in Springfield. Matthew is passionate about using Media and Creative Arts to engage people in worship.




Rachel Abanathy
Web Designer

Having grown up in Cherokee Village, AR, Rachel graduated from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock in 2005 studying communications, writing, and music. Rachel is married to Stephen, and has served as Web Designer at Central since March 2008.





Jeff Brown
Broadcast Editor

Jeff has grown up in Central and has been a member of the praise band since 2000. He is blessed with a wonderful family, his wife Stacey and his twins Adam and Jana. A graduate of Arkansas State University, Jeff has a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resources and a Master's of Business Administration, but his passion has always been playing and producing music and film score. After working in many different fields over the years, Jeff is grateful to use his talents that God his given him for the glory of the Lord.




Magen Helms
Graphic Designer

Magen is married to Kyle and serves as the Graphic Designer at Central Baptist Church. Originally from Blytheville, AR she is the daughter of Ralph and Peggy Hill and a sister to Erin. After graduating high school in 2003 she moved to Jonesboro, AR to attend Arkansas State University where she graduated in May 2005 with a bachelors degree in Digital Media and Design.

Gene McMorries
Business Administrator

Gene is married to Barbara. They have four children - Lauren (married to Shawn Smee), Kathryn (married to Erik Heller), Philip, and Stephen. Gene has a B.S. degree in Agri-Business from Murray State University, Murray, KY. He has worked at Central since October 1978.




Amy Hedger
Discipleship Assistant

Amy is married to Chris. They have three children, Nat, Megan, and Cameron. She has a bachelor's degree in History from Arkansas State University. She served for 13 years in the medical field as an Administrative Assistant before coming to Central in 2006. She serves as the Assistant to the Discipleship Pastor and the University Pastor.




Judy Chester
Age Graded Staff Assistant

Judy married her high school sweetheart, Dan, and they have two great sons, Jason and Jared, and a wonderful daughter-in-law, Laurie (married to Jared). She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Music Education degree with studies in Flute. Judy began work at Central in August 1994 as Assistant to the Music and Worship Ministry and since January 2007 works as Assistant to the Preschool, Children, and Student Ministries.




Beverly Lutrell
Assistant to Senior Pastor, Worship Pastor, and Ministries Pastor

Beverly began serving at Central in February of 1998. She is married to Dwain and they have two grown sons, Chad Marcus Lutrell and Chad Lewis Jarrett. Beverly serves as Assistant to the Senior Pastor, Worship Pastor, and Ministries Pastor.




Joyce Neyman
Church Receptionist

Joyce has served as receptionist at Central Baptist Church for 28 years and church clerk for 25 years. She has a son, Matthew who is in the ministry; Matthew's wife is Emily.





Mary Ann Troxel
Administrative & Senior Adults/Pastoral Care Assistant

Mary Ann is Assistant to the Business Administrator & Pastor of Senior Adults and Pastoral Care. She is married to Jon.





Kim McDaniel
Maintenance

Kim is married to Marcus. They have two children - Lauren and Leah. Kim began work in the nursery in November 1992 and now works in maintenance.





Pat Raby
Maintenance

Pat began work at Central in June 1991. She started in the nursery, but now works full-time in maintenance.
