2 Corinthians, by the Apostle Paul
We will begin a study of the book of 2nd Corinthians which is a practical letter of Paul which addresses his own attempt to live from his own theology of reconciliation and transformation. His source and example is that of the Image of Christ. Individuals, families, and churches each have relational challenges and issues that must be resolved. If not resolved, the very fabric of our purpose and fellowship will be ripped apart. The book of 2nd Corinthians Paul challenges and instructs us how to return to healthy fellowship with God and others.

Radical: Taking Back Your Faith from the American Dream, by Dr. David Platt
view promo video
"Do you believe that Jesus is worth abandoning everything for? Do you believe him enough to obey him and to follow him wherever he leads, even when the crowds in our culture--maybe even our churches--turn the other way?" In Radical, David Platt invites you to encounter what Jesus actually said about being his disciple, and then obey what you have heard. He challenges you to consider with an open heart how we have manipulated a God-centered gospel to fit our human-centered preferences. With passionate storytelling and convicting biblical analysis, Platt calls into question a host of comfortable notions that are common among Christ's followers today. Then he proposes a radical response: live the gospel in ways that are true, filled with promise, and ultimately world changing.

The Three Chairs: Experiencing Spiritual Breakthroughs, by Dr. Bruce Wilkinson.
How committed to Christ are you? Are you walking hand-in-hand with Him or is there a distance between what you say you believe and what you live. This study examines whether Christians have compromised their faith in pursuit of worldly views of success and gives us three categories of Christian commitment. Are you a "first-chair'' Christian who walks daily with God and desires that others share that level commitment. Or are you sitting somewhere less desirable? This study will show you not only where God is inviting you to make a change in your life, but how to do it.

Pursuit of Holiness, by Jerry Bridges
What does holiness look like? For starters, it doesn't look anything like perfection. And it doesn't necessarily look like victory. Mostly, it consists of effort, prayer, grace, and obedience. We can ignore neither Christ's role nor our own if we are to successfully pursue holiness. Bridges takes holiness out of the realm of the impossible and brings it into the real world of your daily life and decisions. Whether you're continuing your pursuit of holiness or just beginning, the principles and guidelines in The Pursuit of Holiness will challenge you to obey God's command of holiness.

Men’s Fraternity: Quest for Authentic Manhood, by Dr. Robert Lewis
view promo video
Designed to help a man embrace a bolder and more noble concept of manhood, Quest takes a man inside himself to consider the forces that are shaping—or misshaping—his personal manhood. In doing so, this study empowers a man to heal life-hindering wounds while building a more compelling vision of masculinity that will bless both his life and the lives around him. Quest also fosters deep spiritual and emotional growth. This powerful masculine experience strips away the myths of manhood to reveal a man's true identity and pursuits. What's more, it's a proven way to help men find a real connection . . . with each other, with the church, and most importantly, with God.
