*Face Coverings are not required during services in the worship center, but we do ask that you wear a mask from your vehicle to the worship center and from the worship center back to your vehicle.
*All venues and bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected between services. Hand sanitizing stations are set up in many locations throughout the building.

*All Services held in the Central Worship Center 8:00am, 9:30am, & 11:00am services will be identical.  The Family Life Center will be open as a video only venue with no live worship for overflow.

We are asking that you not enter the building if:
  • You have had a fever of 100.4 or higher in past 2 days.
  • You have a cough, shortness of breath, or other COVID-19 symptoms.
  • You have a known exposure to someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
We also ask that the following guidelines provided by the Arkansas governor and health professionals be followed:
  • Face coverings recommended. It is recommended that church attendees, 10 years old and older, should bring and wear their own face covering to and from the worship center. They are not required during the service.
  • We ask family groups sit together to maximize space in the worship venues and maintain a 6 foot social distance between families.
  • Those who have underlying health conditions including high blood pressure, chronic lung disease, diabetes, severe obesity, asthma, or recently undergone immunosuppressive therapy should refrain from attending.
  • We ask that you exit the building as quickly as possible at the end of each service to allow time for the those attending the next service to safely enter the building.
  • We ask those attending the 9:30am or 11:00am service to remain in your vehicle until those attending the previous service have exited the building.
Additional Information as we go through the re-opening phases:
  • Childcare birth - 2 years is available.
  • No preschool, children, student, or adult groups will be meeting on-site.

  • Hand sanitizing stations will be provided at all entry points to the worship venues.
  • The Koinonia Cafe & Refuge Coffee Bar will not be serving drinks or refreshments.
  • The Worship Center & Family Life Center will be sanitized between services.
  • Bathrooms, common surface areas, and higher traffic areas will be cleaned often.
  • We will no longer pass the offering buckets, but will have giving boxes at the exits.

· If your Child appears sick, or has fever of 100 degrees or higher, please do not bring him/her to class.
· Parents, we ask that you follow the same guidelines as your child and therefore if you or anyone in your household have run a fever in the past 48 hours or are sick please do not bring your child.
· All Central Kids Ministry workers will undergo temperature checks before entering their respective classrooms. All leaders will be wearing a mask. All students 4th-6th are encouraged to wear a mask.
· Only one parent per child for drop off & pick up.  (Same parent for drop off & pick up) Please do not congregate with other parents while inside the building.
· We ask that only Preschool & Children Families enter the preschool doors.  This will help with social distancing protocols.
· Our Facilities Ministry will continue, as always, to clean and disinfect each classroom before use. Also Our Facilities Ministry will wipe down all common/shared areas during the Worship Service times. After each service, housekeeping will utilize disinfectant in each classroom.
· Hand sanitizer will be located at each doorway and inside the classrooms. When leaders and children enter the room, they will be asked to wash their hands or use alcohol-based gel.
· Social distancing protocols will be implemented as much as possible (chairs are prearranged; activities are adjusted for distancing).
· Every solid surface will be wiped down during the hour, and a checklist will be used for tracking items when toys/tables are cleaned.
· Individual bags of supplies for each child will be prepared to minimize sharing. Books have been removed from the classrooms at this time.
· Furniture and toys have been condensed to assist with disinfecting. Classrooms will be set up to allow fun and distancing with equipment, toys and tables.
· Our Central Kids Ministry leaders will follow guidelines and procedures to ensure a clean, safe and fun experience for your child.
