What is the 320 Network?
The 320 Network, founded upon Ephesians 3:20, is a ministry of Central Baptist composed of Central Baptist Church Plants. The focus is building future leaders through Central’s Residency and planting multi-generational churches.
The first major component of the 320 Network is planting multigenerational churches.
PLANTING MULTIGENERATIONAL CHURCHES OBJECTIVE:
Our objective is to first focus on planting multigenerational churches in collegiate cities across our nation. Currently, there is a move of God transpiring on colleges campuses and as Henry Blackaby said, “when you see God at work, join him.”

The second major component of the 320 network is the Residency program.
Luke 10:2 says, “And he said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” We desire to be a church that raises leaders and makes disciples within our local church. Upon establishing leaders and disciple-makers, we will send out these laborers to help plant churches.
RESIDENCY OBJECTIVE:
Through its Residency, Central is identifying and developing future ministry leaders for the purpose of:
1. Planting and staffing new churches
2. Leadership at Central Baptist
3. Serving as IMB missionaries
