Dr. Archie Mason
Senior Pastor
Dr. Archie Mason was called to Central as our Senior Pastor in Februrary 2005. Pastor Archie was born in Biscoe, AR, comes from an agricultural background and has a deep passion for seeing people come to faith in Jesus, planting life giving campuses and churches, and developing leaders. He and his wife Angie have 2 sons and 3 grandchildren, so far.
Dr. Bill Panneck
Senior Executive Pastor
Dr. Bill Panneck was called to full time vocational ministry in 2017 after practicing dentistry in Jonesboro for 37 years. Pastor Bill was born in Jonesboro and was on the cradle roll at Central. He has served in many lay leadership capacities at Central before coming on Staff as the Sr. Executive Pastor. Dr. Bill and Mrs. Patti were married for 47 years prior to her passing in 2019 and they have one son, Michael.

Cory Epps
Lead Worship Pastor
Cory came to Central in February of 2021. He is originally from Wynne, AR and is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, where he met his wife, Stephanie. Cory loves soda and the New York Yankees, but most of all, he has a deep desire to see the Church join together as one to sing biblical truths and have a real encounter with the Triune God. He & Stephanie have one daughter, Macy Jane.
Nathan Liouh
Associate Worship Pastor
Nathan is an Arkansas native being born and raised in Jonesboro. In 2015, he began a worship internship at Central where he sensed the Lord calling him to ministry, and in 2016 Nathan surrendered his life to the calling. He graduated from Arkansas State University in 2018, where he met his wife Cassie. In 2019, Nathan began serving as the Associate Worship Pastor at Central. Nathan longs for all generations and peoples to join in the sound of worship that has been since the beginning of time and will continue throughout the ages.
Maddie Archer
Worship Associate
Maddie is from Jonesboro and was led to Central in 2017. She graduated from Arkansas State University in December of 2020 and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Worship Leadership at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. She joined Central as a Worship Intern in August of 2020 and transitioned to Worship Associate in January of 2022. Maddie is passionate about stewarding the sound of Heaven to bring about God’s Kingdom on this side of it.
Adult Discipleship Team
Don Blackmore
Adult Discipleship Pastor
Don Blackmore came to Central in June 2006 and has served as Discipleship Pastor with a passion for making disciples who are fully devoted followers of Christ. Don and Barb have four daughters who are married and seven grandchildren thus far. Don and Barb love investing in marriages and Don also serves as a volunteer chaplain for the Jonesboro Police Department, which is his ministry beyond the walls of the church.
Jay Jacobs
Senior Adult Pastor
Jay Jacobs came to Central in March of 2021 as Senior Adults Pastor. He has been in ministry for over 30 years. Pastor Jay grew up in DeWitt Arkansas and played football at UAM. He got a Masters of Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a relational pastor who loves to see mature adults living out their faith by serving our Lord. Jay and his wife Gina have 3 adult children, Addison, Jace, and Jansen.
Jacob Simmons
Young Adults Pastor
Jacob Simmons came to Central as the Young Adults Pastor in May 2021. Jacob is a graduate of ASU, served at 747 while in College, and met his wife, Hannah, here at Central. Jacob is set to receive his Masters of Divinity, in Spring 2022, from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. Jacob is passionate about raising up young leaders in the church to take the gospel to the world and to be life-long disciple makers that will impact the Kingdom.

Jonathan Freeman
College Pastor
Jonathan is from Paragould, AR, and has served as the College Pastor since May 2018. He and Sarah were married in 2018 and love spending time outdoors together. Jonathan loves leading college students and desires to see the Gospel learned, disciples made, and students sent out across the world with the Gospel message. He graduated from Arkansas State University in 2016 and is now pursuing his Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.
Jacob Lindley
Student Pastor
Jacob is from Jonesboro, AR, he has attended Central Baptist since he was 2 years old and served as the Junior High Pastor since 2020. He and Anna were married in 2021. He attended Arkansas State University graduating in 2017. At this time he is working to obtain his Masters in Theological Studies from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, TX.
Jamal Rodgers
Associate Children's Pastor
Jamal is originally from Lepanto, AR. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Arkansas State University . Jamal is a huge Duke Men’s Basketball fan. He served as an intern with Central Kids before coming on staff as the Associate Children’s Director. He is currently pursuing his Master of Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has a passion to see pre-teens and kids understand the gospel, accept Jesus as savior, make their faith their own, and then passionately live it out to the world.
Riley Adams
Associate College Director
Riley is from Jonesboro and has attended Central since 2008. She graduated from Arkansas State in 2018 and graduated from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in May 2021 with a Master of Arts in Church Ministries. She has a desire to see college students become disciples of Christ, disciple others, share the gospel and be sent out as life-long disciple makers.
Sandy Dutton
Parent's Day Out Director
Sandy is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and she and her family have been members of CBC since 2005.
She has been married to her husband of over 29 years, Jeff, and they have 2 teenage kids.
She has been part of PDO since 2011, and has served as PDO Director since 2018 .

Robbin Gillham
Next Gen Assistant
Robbin joined the Next Generation Team at Central in July 2013. She loves serving her team and the families of each age group. Robbin and her husband, Ed, have been in ministry together since 1988. Ed has pastored several churches in Arkansas and now serves as the Executive Director of Missions at Mt. Zion Baptist Association here in Craighead County. Ed and Robbin have two adult children, Abby Perry (husband Daniel), and Nicholas Gillham.

Kenzie Flippo
Missions Pastor
Kenzie Flippo was raised in Walnut Ridge and attended Central as a member and later served as a staff intern. He moved to Memphis, TN, to serve on staff at Bellevue Baptist and to pursue seminary where he met his wife, Morgan. They were married in the spring of 2020. During this time, Kenzie pursued a Bachelors in Christian Studies at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and continued on to receive a Master’s of Divinity at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Kenzie’s desire is to make Christ known in all the world, and equip the saints for the work of the ministry.
Eric Brown
Missions Pastor Emeritus
Eric Brown came to Arkansas in 1987 from NC on an academic scholarship to ASU. He joined Central as a college student and began serving in the children’s and student ministries. He served as a deacon and lay leader while teaching youth for over 25 years until God called him full-time to serve on staff in July 2016, initially as Business Administrator for 2 years and now serving as Missions Pastor. He and his wife Tenny have 2 daughters, Ariana and Emma Grace.

Bobby Cole
Connections Pastor
Bobby Cole began his Pastoral journey at Central in August 2008, when he was called to serve as Ministries Pastor. Since that time, he has served as Membership Pastor and currently serves as Pastor of Connections. Bobby comes from a business background and has a passion for growing the church, the body of Christ, and seeks to accomplish this through building relationships from ‘the parking lot to the pew’ as people come to Christ.

Brad Crawley
Director of Media & Technology
Brad Crawley joined the staff of Central in January 2014 as Director of IT after almost 18 years in the banking industry. In January 2022, Brad was promoted to Director of Media & Technology and serves as team lead. Brad is a 1998 graduate of Arkansas State University with a degree in Management Information Systems. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Ann, and they have 3 kids, Bethany (and husband Richie), Braden (and wife Chloe), and James Henry. Brad has a passion to use media & technology to reach people with the gospel of Christ!
