Missionary: Chuck and Vikki Franks
Ministry: Church planters in Northeast Poland. Iława, Poland.
Length of Service: 15 years

Ministry Overview: The Franks are church planters in Poland focused on starting new churches in areas with no existing evangelical presence. Of Poland’s 2,400 counties, 2,200 lack an evangelical church. Working in these “zero-to-one” areas, they have planted four churches and are currently developing their eighth. Their approach centers on building relationships and inviting people to Bible studies.

Prayer Requests:

• Pray for good health and energy for Chuck, Vikki, and their national partners.
• Pray that God brings people who are seeking Him into their lives.
• Pray for their newest church plant work in Brodnica.

Missionary: Ebele and Marie Adioye
Ministry: MIEFORD in Yamoussoukro, Côte d’Ivoire
Length of Service: 15 years

Ministry Overview: Ebele and Marie serve in Côte d'Ivoire through MIEFORD, focusing on church planting and community outreach. They make disciples through evangelism and youth camps, train and mobilize leaders for church planting, and promote health education while caring for those with metabolic diseases. They also research unreached people groups to develop effective ministry strategies and provide seminary leadership training for pastors, church planters, and evangelists.

Prayer Requests:

• Pray for Côte d'Ivoire, as religious extremists menace in neighboring countries such as Mali and Burkina Faso in the north.
• Pray for more laborers, and that believers in Christ will surrender their lives for missions in both the local and regional regions.
• Pray for Ebele, Marie, and their church planters’ health.

 

Missionary: Christian Acevedo
Ministry: Castillo Fuerte Baptist Church
Length of Service: 4 and 1/2 years

Ministry Overview: Christian is serving as a Pastor for Castillo Fuerte Baptist Church in Puerto Rico. He provides discipleship and training for his congregation in cross cultural missions.

Prayer Requests:

• Pray for those the church shares the gospel with.
• Pray that the church keeps connecting with the community.
• Pray for those who have been trained to serve the church.

Missionary: Jamie and Jessica Naramore
Ministry: Church Planting among NAME peoples in NYC
Length of Service: 9 months in NYC

Ministry Overview: Jamie and Jessica personally share the gospel with NAME Muslims and other UPGs in NYC, pursuing church planting among them and through them. They also help equip and mobilize established churches to do the same in their own neighborhoods.

Prayer Requests:

• Pray for healthy rhythms for their whole family to abide and thrive.
• Pray for more openness among NAME people to the gospel.
• Pray for MBBs to be bold in their faith.

Missionary: Stephen Fulton
Ministry: Love Beyond Borders Guatemala
Length of Service: 7 years

Ministry Overview: Stephen and his family support and strengthen ministry work in Guatemala while helping start new churches in unreached areas. They partner with existing churches to launch new ministries where there are few or no evangelical influences. They also lead U.S. teams to assist these churches and raises funds to support national missionaries and pastors, helping them sustain their families and ministries.

Prayer Requests:

• Pray for safety and for the Holy Spirit to go before Stephen and his family as they travel.
• Pray that God will raise up new leaders in Guatemala to help with expanding His work there.
• Pray that God continues to provide for Love Beyond Borders financially as they seek to continue and grow the ministry God has entrusted them with.

Missionary: Jeff and Rachel Brawner
Ministry: Global Church Planting Partners - South America and Asia
Length of Service: 10 years with GCPP

Ministry Overview: Jeff and Rachel Brawner help train church planters in both harvest and sowing fields to reach unreached peoples around the world.

Prayer Requests:

• Pray for their youngest daughter as she serves in Brazil.
• Pray for their oldest daughter as she teaches in the inner city of Memphis.
• Pray for Jeff and Rachel as they must balance the needs of so many requests in Asia, South America, and Africa.

Missionary: Spencer Rice
Ministry: Himeji, Japan
Length of Service: 3 Years in Himeji

Ministry Overview: Spencer is in the early stages of working towards planting a church in Japan. He has finished a 2-year Japanese school program and is doing a residency at a Baptist church in Himeji.

Prayer Requests:

• Pray for Spencer’s personal walk with the Lord, and that he would have a vibrant and loving attitude that would be winsome to the lost in Japan.
• Pray that God would give him wisdom and open doors regarding the future church plant.
• Pray that the right people will be in place when he is ready to move and begin the new ministry.
