Dr. Blake Ligon

Paragould Campus Teaching Pastor
Dr. Blake Ligon is the Teaching Pastor at our Paragould Campus. He is passionate about expository preaching, leadership development, family discipleship, vision casting, and manliness within the local church. He received his bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry from Ouachita Baptist University. He received his Masters of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and his doctorate in Executive Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He enjoys cycling, kayaking, hiking, reading, art, and traveling. He is married to his best friend Joy and they are having a blast raising their three children.

Breck Freeman

Paragould Campus Executive Pastor
Breck Freeman was called to Central Baptist – Paragould Campus as the Administrative Pastor in August 2018 when the church was
planted.  Pastor Breck was born in Paragould and was raised in Marmaduke and graduated Marmaduke High School in 1979 and graduated from Arkansas State University in 1983.  Breck comes from a small business, banking, and church
background. Pastor Breck has a great burden for the lost from the doorsteps of the church to the ends of the earth. Pastor Breck and his wife Jackie Cupp of Light, AR have been married 39 years, have four grown children, one granddaughter, and two daughters-in-law.

Chuck Owens

Paragould Campus  Discipleship & Next Gen Pastor
 Chuck Owens joined the staff of Central's Paragould Campus as the Discipleship and Next Gen Pastor in June 2021. Chuck has a bachelor's degree from Arkansas State, a Master's of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and he is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry degree, focusing on expository preaching from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He loves preaching and discipling and equipping others to join Jesus in fulfilling the Great Commission. He is married to Becca, and they have three daughters.

Paula Erwin

Paragould Campus
Preschool/Children's Director
Paula Erwin is the Central Kids and Preschool Director at our Paragould Campus. She received her bachelor’s degree  from Ouachita Baptist University. She and her husband Jeff have two children. Paula worked at the main campus as the Director of Parent’s Day Out and was called to move to the Paragould Campus when it launched. She has a burden to equip parents to lead their families in gospel-centered homes; and she and her family are passionate about missions.

Caleb Broussard

Paragould Campus Associate Director of Media & Worship
Caleb Broussard grew up in West Michigan before attending Arkansas State University in 2014 where he got connected to Central and began serving as an intern in 2015 at the Central Campus. Upon graduating A-State in 2018, Caleb joined the Central Campus staff as a Creative Arts Associate. In January 2023, Caleb moved to the Paragould Campus as Associate Director of Worship & Media. He is set to finish his M.Div from Southern Seminary in 2023. Caleb has a deep passion to connect the truths of Christ to the hearts of people through the Creative Arts.

Jennifer Vaughan

Paragould Campus Connections Assistant
Jennifer began serving as the Connections Assistant at Paragould Campus at the time of our launch in 2018. She LOVES people and enjoys connecting with visitors, new believers, and new members as they grow in their relationship with Christ. Jennifer hopes to encourage a love and excitement for our role in God’s plan for our community and His church.
Jennifer and her husband, Ryan, were born and raised in Nashville, TN. However, they have called NEA home since 2006. They love raising their four children in this community.

Jill Evans

Paragould Campus Assistant
 Jill is the Paragould Campus Discipleship/Next Gen Campus Assistant. She and her husband, Tony, and daughter Elisabeth came to Central Paragould Campus in early 2022. Jill grew up in Light, Arkansas, graduating from Greene County Tech High School and Arkansas State University. She moved to Northern Virginia, where she served her church as an Administrative Assistant for over 10 years. Upon returning to Arkansas, she met and married Tony. They also have two adult children, a son-in-law, and three grandchildren. Jill is grateful to use her gifts and skills to further God’s kingdom in Greene County and is constantly reminded it is never too late for God to use you, no matter your age or status. She strives to make people feel welcomed and is excited to contribute to the Paragould Campus.
